Steve and the whole team at Belle were great to deal with. There were some hold-ups with the sale due to our building inspection finding some issues that needed sorting. At all times we were kept informed and the communication via the agent from the vendor was perfect. We even had some follow-up questions about how the heater worked etc and Steve was very helpful in getting info from the vendor. We even received a nice gift at the end. Overall I couldn't fault the service.

Steve was very professional and provided constant communications on the status of the sale of the house. This was very important as I was in Western Australia while the house was in the Blue Mountains NSW. Due to time zone differences, communications was mainly via txt messages or email and more important discussions was arranged to discuss on the phone. This level on engagement gave me the confidence that I had chosen the right Agent.
