An easy process with great follow through at every stage

My family has bought and sold with The Weir Brothers several times and I'd have no hesitation in dealing with them again. They're professional, responsive and attentive throughout the process. I called Steve about the property on Boxing Day, expecting to get his voicemail and an inspection at some point in the next week. He subsequently came out on a public holiday to show us through and quickly negotiated the purchase. We planned to start renovations the day after settlement and The Weir Brothers went the extra mile to provide us with access to the property to get the various trades in to quote. This made a huge difference to our move and renovation plans. We've only been in for a couple of days and we've already knocked over some major jobs, which we couldn't have done without Steve's help organising access to the property - and holding the tape measure for us too! You get two agents for the price of one with The Weir Brothers and having them both on the case makes a huge difference in terms of communication, continuity and follow through at every stage. They're really easy to deal with and just really nice guys. It's also obvious they have great support in the office to get things done. Buying this house was a completely pain free process. I can honestly say I wouldn't list a property with any other agent. These guys are the best.
