My wife and I regard Steve Wheeler as the best Estate Agent we have ever had any dealings with. He sold our Bed & Breakfast in Tasmania because he knew exactly why people would want to own such a business and he was able to put over how our business would meet those particular aspirations in full. All of the possible buyers appreciated his knowlelge. If he believed that the business would not suit them, he would explain the reasons to buyer and vendor. Most important of all is the trust they placed in him, as we did and still do. He has a reputation in his area second to none and all fully deserved.
