My brother and I requested he meet us at our property at very short notice, to give us an appraisal of its value if we were to put it to auction. Steve had researched the property's history and Heritage Listing prior to attending the appointment and answered all questions asked of him with accurate and honest answers. As both my brother and I live interstate and the property needed work done before being ready to present one the market for sale , Steve volunteered to source trades people and oversee the work to be done.
