We had a great experience working with Steve. From the moment we engaged Steve, he kept us informed, provided clear guidance and advice, and made the entire process feel manageable. Selling a property while living interstate was initially daunting, but Steve and Alex made the process feel smoother. They helped us prepare the property, finding a reliable handyman to carry out necessary maintenance, and provided practical advice on the right level of maintenance and improvements. Steve also worked closely with our tenants to coordinate arrangements and successfully negotiate an early departure which was instrumental in getting the property ready for sale. They were consistently responsive to our questions and proactive in their communication. While we did not achieve the sales outcome we were initially hoping for, this was not due to a lack of effort from Steve or the team. The broader housing market conditions played a significant role, and Steve continued to approach the sale with transparency, commitment and professionalism, and ultimately we are happy with the outcome.
