Steve was absolutely wonderful in helping my fiancé and I purchase our first home. As first home buyers, contracts and section 32’s were daunting to say the least. Steve was the only real estate agent who took the time to sit my fiancé and I down to explain the ins and out of the contract and make sense of it all.
