Belle, in particular Jo Morrison and Steve Witt, along with Mel and Paige, made selling my unit a breeze. They took care of absolutely everything as they promised they would. I live interstate so needed them to be completely hands on with me being completely hands off. Selling with Belle was a great experience. Typically when I have sold properties in the past the agents have talked the asking price down with me soon after signing the sales agreement with me. This wasn't the case, in fact quite the opposite - the Belle sales team (Steve and Howie) cleverly screened buyers so that only those who were in the price range were shown/given information about the property. Another winning aspect of the Belle team (Steve, Howie and Melissa) was their continual communication with me throughout the sales process. I received calls from Steve and Howie immediately after every open house (I know this wouldn't be easy as they have the next open house shortly after my mine). I had phone contact from Belle virtually every day that the property was listed. I have to also mention Melissa - each time I asked her for assistance she responded on the same day (a number of her responses were took place after hours so she is obviously very committed to her work) All in all I would describe the sales process with Belle as a case study in "excellent client communication" - thank you Steve, Howie and Melissa for your great customer service and a great outcome.
Steve gave us very good advice and he was very attentive. He advised sale of my office as housing and that turned out to be correct. He has been in the business for a long time and knows the value of local real estate. His prediction for us was spot on. He is backed up by very good people in the office.
