Steve has very good marketing knowledge and also has good communication skills Steve also seems to have his client’s interests first not pushing for a quick sale just for the commission I would recommend Steve for anybody who wants to sell there property in the suny coast

I have been faced with the difficult task of having to sell a home that belonged to my mum as the administrator of her estate. Having to deal with a real estate agent who just tells you what you want to hear to get you to sign up with them and then not deliver is not what I needed right now. Luckily I came to meet with Steve Allen at the property to discuss the sale and he was an absolute breath of fresh air! I could tell immediately that he was not trying to “pitch me” with unrealistic sale price expectations, even with the current booming market. I signed up to sell the property via auction that same day. Steve gave me great advice for what I needed to have done before the property listing went live and timeframes we needed to achieve these done by. He also told me what he needed to arrange on his end and when these would be done by, and they were. Steve went over and above, even to the extent of keeping a blower in the back of his ute so he could blow the leaves off the driveway before every inspection! I think I was most impressed though with Steve’s communication throughout the whole process. I never had to call him to find out where things were at, he followed up with all prospective buyers so quickly and thoroughly and gave me such detailed information that I had complete confidence no stone had been left unturned.
