As overseas vendors Steve kept us up to date constantly with viewing reports, including open homes, and his excellent knowledge of Mooloolaba sales as well as progress on the new Aria Development adjacent to our apartment. We never felt Steve lacked the enthusiasm to get our apartment sold for the best price and it was our choice to accept a lower offer than first expected as we wanted to buy a sailing catamaran.
