After consulting with Steve, we decided to try and sell investment property as is without renovating. Steve was confident we could achieve the price we wanted without having to go to open market, thus saving thousands of dollars of dollars in advertising fees etc. I was a bit skeptical that our price could be achieved without some renovating, but Steve found a buyer within a few weeks. I had planned to renovate the property before selling, but Steve was so confident about selling "as is" that he put his reputation on the line and offered to pay all marketing costs if we had to renovate and then go to open market. The whole process was so smooth, and I thoroughly recommend Steve and his company.
