By this stage I had gone to so many house inspections, I didn't want anyone to waste my time with information that didn't interest me. I saw the house, I told Steve I was interested, he ran through the specific points, I took home the necessary paperwork for my lawyer to review, and the next working day we went through the negotiating stage, and in a week's time, everything was sorted.
