Over the past 5 or 6 years, Steven had developed a relationship with my elderly mother. A relationship that my mother valued to the point where she vowed to use Steven’s services if and when it came to selling the family home. Sadly, Mum passed away recently and I was forced to make a choice, regarding who I would choose to sell the family home. The decision was easy, mostly due to the fact that I also developed a friendship with Steven after mum went into dementia care. Steven’s approach to myself as a prospective client was always humble and unpretentious with an open mind to suggestions and a very easy personality to engage with. The suggestion to auction the property resulted in a much better price than we had anticipated and the experience was a very positive one. Steven maintained constant contact with me throughout the selling period, regularly providing updates about potential buyers, buyer feedback in a very sensitive and unintrusive manner.
