I have inspected numerous properties they have had open for inspection in the Lidcombe and surrounding areas over the last few years. Steven managed the marketing campaign and the sale of this house seamlessly. I usually don't take time to write these reviews but I felt I needed to following my home-buying experience with Rebecca and Steven. Having spent nearly a whole year looking for a house in the hot market through the pandemic, there have been numerous times where I felt unacknowledged and not given the guidance I needed as a buyer from past real estate agents. I am ever so thankful to Rebecca and Steven who recognised and acknowledged me from the short (but repeated) encounters at the Saturday inspections. They were kind, professional, empathetic, down-to-earth, attentive and easy to communicate to through the whole buying process. I could tell they try their best to meet the best interests of both the buyer and the seller; which at the end of the day was clear it makes a win-win for both parties - which is not something any real estate agent can do. When I picked up the keys, he gifted me with a cutlery set which was nice. Steven was usually able to cater to my high demands and busy schedule. He played the game to try and put the price up but that’s what RE agents need to do. He also came to the table when he knew I was at my highest price. His local knowledge was respectable, even for residents sold by other agents.

Both Steve & Rebecca were great to deal with. Their informed advice & guidance were greatly appreciated and made the whole process run smoothly.
