From the first message I left on his phone Steven was on to it. He returned the call and demonstrated a real interest, knowledge and understanding of the real estate in his area as well as a knowledge of potential buyers and the advertising needed to reach them. We received a Marketing strategy that evening and arrangements to meet the family and view the property were made and kept. Communication was excellent throughout the marketing period both with potential buyers as well as us as the vendors, with thorough reports provided on the interest shown by potential buyers at each open home. His large client base and good choice of advertising meant that there were higher than expecting views of the property and a good turnout for the auction. As a result we achieved as good a sale as could be expected in the present economic climate.
