Steven Fan made every effort to insure my Property was marketed the best way possible in this very difficult COVID time. Apart from his 20+years Experience his Negotiation and Management Skills at Ray White Parramatta is an Inspiration to all his Team who work together to insure that both Vendor and Buyer are Ultimately Happy. I found that he treats every Listing no matter how small with the same Personal Attention and Commitment. He also kept me updated almost on a daily basis which was very much appreciated. Ultimately as he promised he did find a Buyer in what I consider a very short time on the Market. Not only do I sincerely thank Steven but I wish him and all his Team the Very Best.

Had good experience with Steven for the sale of my property. He exhibited sound market knowledge and exhibited very professional approach in handling the sale. Always approachable, he always replied promptly to any queries during the entire process and offered solutions to any arising issues.

Steven impresses as honest, polite and conscientious in his approach to vendors. He persisted in getting the best sale price he could. He is easy to relate to. He listens to your concerns and ideas and tailors his approach accordingly. He has an excellent professional work ethic.

As a vendor we could not have asked for a more professional and supportive agent to act on our behalf. Steven's attention to detail and timely and spot on advice made the selling experience for us a smooth, trouble free and successful experience. We are extremely satisfied with our decision to choose Steven and his team and would highly recommend Ray White Parramatta Group to anyone seeking assistance in any of their service areas.

I dealt with Steven who helped me when selling my property striving to achieve the best outcome. He was amazing and committed all the way with his calming manner and professional approach. Alway available to speak with. A big thank you.

I bought this property through Steven's agency in 2011. Since then I have noticed Steven's performance in the Parramatta area. When I decided to sell, I had no second thought in selecting the agent. He was really friendly and helpful in the sales process. He was doing an open house almost every day. he has regularly updated me on how the ads are performing, how many people visited, etc. He has sold this property during the COVID-19 lockdown which shows his dedication and experience. I would definatly recommend Steven to others.

In May 2018 we listed our house with another agency and they were unable to generate genuine offers from the large numbers of people coming to open homes. We were therefore initially nervous listing our house again with a new agent as we were worried we would have a similar disappointment. Steven Fan was able to win our complete trust and restore our faith because of his knowledge of the market, his professionalism and his tried and tested marketing processes that are part of the Ray White success story. He was able to naviagate the unpredictable housing market when Corvit 19 started and was able to take us through to a very successful auction. He and his auctioneer knew EXACTLY what to do and we were absolutely delighted with the result. No-one else could have gotten us a a better result. Steven's integrity, professionalism and expertise was present in every meeting, report and followup. He won the day for us.

Steven is very professional and easy to deal with. Honest and reliable price guide provided, achieved sale in less than 2 weeks.
