It was the best decision to get help from Steve. Steve is very professional, even before sign the contract I did talk to him many times (not pushing to sign the contract at all), very patient and explain the whole steps very clear and very good suggestion to prepare the house for sale. It was very important for me to be inform and include in all the steps of sale and Steve after each open house called me and explained what happened (make the process very easy and without stress). every steps was very clear till sale documents signed ( I was in control to sign and did not fell pressure to sign at all as it was very important for me).
