The most obvious observation I can make about working with Steve is that he remains consistently engaged in the sell of your property from start to finish. He utilises his knowledge of the market and experience in a practical way, and never gives you the feeling that he is exerting knowledge unnecessarily. His approach always makes you feel comfortable as the vendor to express your views and decisions. Whilst Steve works proactively, he operates with transparency and will always offer his genuine opinion. The combination of Steve's consistency, proactiveness and effective communication ultimately landed us a result we were very happy with. I'd recommend Steve to anyone on the market!
