Exceptional Agent !!!

Steve Ford was simply exceptional. Our first interaction with Steve was as a buyer when we purchased a property he was selling and we made up our mind on who our selling agent would be for our next sale. We engaged him early knowing he is very knowledgable and guided us well through the process. And guess what!!! My property was sold before going on the market. Steve managed to sell the property off market to his existing database at a price which exceeded our expectations. Communication from him and his team has been superb. You can trust every word he says and as a vendor and as buyer (previously). He is definitely the best agent I have dealt with over the years and would certainly recommend his for any property sale.
