We looked for a house for 18mths and during this time, we met most of the active agents in Glenhaven and Castle Hill. Steve was the best at providing accurate market guidance for his listings which built our trust of him early. But through multiple interactions we discovered he and his team were very professional and ethical, not playing mind games and wasting our time which was the case with some of the agents out there. We wouldn’t hesitate to list with him in the future as I believe he gets great results for the vendor while still making the experience as pleasant as possible for the purchaser.
