As everyone would know , purchasing a property can be a fairly stressful experience but can be made easy if you are working with professionals! Steven was honest from the beginning when we viewed the property , not only highlighting the good points of the property , but also making us aware of some things to consider before signing up. Us ,being fairly fussy and having a large family to satisfy , Steven ( and the Vendors) have been accommodating in our requests for further inspections to take measurement etc. after placing our initial deposit. Upon our request , Steven recommended a Conveyance company that have been absolutely fantastic and we would recommend to anyone - Confident Conveyance located at Richmond , fantastic! We were also lucky enough to have a brilliant Financial Broker that has made the deal happen even with some challenging hurdles ( happy to provide his contact to anyone if needed).
