Certainly if I was the vendor I would give Steven full stars for negotiation. As a buyer I would have liked to be represented a little stronger but I understand he is working for the vendor. Because of his strong conviction of working for the vendor I would hire Steven to sell my property in the near future. I found him to be a very pleasant, personable and approachable young man.
