Met Steve out on property which was a bush block with no building permit, power or sewer, I was very impressed with his knowledge with regards to all the questions that arise with costs and obligations to get power, sewerage ect on the block, all the things that can be a concern when starting from scratch he seemed to make it very doable, I nearly had second thoughts about selling it.
