An excellent experience from start to finish

We were so lucky to have Steven Khawam as our selling agent. The entire process went so smoothly. He has great knowledge of the area and keeps you informed of other house sales within the area. He was always available for us and is also very patient. He demonstrated excellent negotiation skills in obtaining the sale price we required. But more importantly we found him to be a trustworthy , genuine person. I have no hesitation in recommending Steven Khawam , he was awesome.
