My 86 year old mother moved into retirement accommodation so my sisters and I were tasked with selling her home for her. They have strong local knowledge, a portfolio of recent sales in the area and presented as experienced, enthusiastic and ethical. Steve and Mae advised and assisted us on all aspects of the sale. They told us what needed to be done to the house to prepare it for the marketing campaign, they recommended and engaged trades people to undertake the necessary works, they facilitated payment to the tradies... They were available with help when we struck problems - none of our calls went unanswered. They got their end of the deal done exactly as promised. In short, they were brilliant to deal with. The house sold for a good price at the upper end of our expectations. I have nothing but praise for Steve and Mae.
