A difficult market.

Steve and Adette were honest with us with regards to a difficult market and the way it was reacting. They turned up for open houses and gave good feedback with regards to the market and potential buyers. We had many other agents approach us with promises of a fast sale, a better price. The reality of it is that they would have done no differently. We should have heeded Steve’s advice and accepted an offer much earlier than we did.
