5 - Steven is an excellent agent & better yet an excellent person. He was very accommodating to my family with our requests to view the house multiple times. I told Steven during one of our conversations that when dealing with multiple people like brokers, financial advisers, banks, and inspectors sometimes things just don't work the way you would like and miscommunication occurs. Steven was the one person who was honest, direct, communicated well and in a timely manner. Steven is also helpful at advising on house related things such as renovations. He has a bank of contacts of people in multiple industries that can assist with these types of matters. Steven is a genuine bloke and a good person. He is an agent that I would recommend to anyone.

We had never met Steven when we turned up at an open house. That house wasn’t for us and we explained what we wanted. Steven told us about another house that would be perfect that hadn't hit the market yet. He was right it was perfect. He told us how much the buyer wanted which was a fair price as we had been looking for awhile. We offered that price and it was accepted. All done and dusted. Compared to other agents who told us as house was mid sevens and we offered high sevens only to be told they wanted 8s. I would highly recommend Steven for his knowledge and the way he kept everyone happy. I would give him more stars if I could as compared to other agents in the area he’s in a different class.
