Steven and Tia executed the sale of my property while I was overseas. They were very clear in what needed to be done before I left and they arranged yard works pre photos. Great communication and a negotiation where I felt they were working for me. Thanks team.
Steven assisted in the sale of my family home after my father had passed. Other agents wanted to bring friends and contacts to buy it cheap and make money where Steven took the time to make a plan to get the right outcome. A lovely young couple bought the home. Thank you for the help and all the updates Steven
Steven and his team worked hard from day one to ensure all parties were kept up to date until settlement! You won't go wrong with Steven and his team representing you!
Steven was able to assist us with moving onto our next chapter and dream home! Thank you Steven for your had work and positivity.
I chose Steven to sell my home as he is honest and professional. He is totally reliable and concentrates on selling homes in the suburb of Jindalee. As his experience with selling in the area was unsurpassed I knew that I would be in the best position to sell. I recommend Steven with out hesitation.
Steven came with a no "fluff" plan. Arranged quotes and prep work and got the sale done in a changing market. Great Jidalee local too!
We purchased home in Jindalee, Steve has great knowledge of the local area & made our decision to buy very easy…
We worked through many preparation works before going to the market and Steven helped us in planning and arranging these items to ensure the best return was achieved. While we didn't sell at Auction we did by the next weekend. Thank you and Tia for the help
Steven moved fast to re ignite our sale after the campaign with the first agent had stalled. Steven had just sold a home on our street in a prompt time and from our fist call he was never pushy but laid out a plan to still work with our desired timeline. Next thing we had 4 offers, 2 for more money than we had ever been offered and we secured our price and a fast settlement too.
Steven Kremer was exceptionally good to deal with. He is very professional, very well informed about the real estate market and very attentive to detail. His follow-up and feedback after each viewing were greatly appreciated. Steven was always available to answer any questions and queries and I felt confident and relaxed with him as my real estate agent. I would highly recommend Steven to anybody wishing to sell their property
Thanks to Steven, we are able to own our own home in Brisbane. He is really helpful, and thoroughly thinking, always answered my questions quickly and gave best advices. If somebody in Brisbane would like to sell or buy a property, I would highly recommend him. No matter big or small property, he would do his best to service and make his clients happy.
Steven really knows the golden time of selling, and the efficiency to sort out settlement is amazing. Highly reliable and recommended.
