All communication was fantastic and so important as I am not based in Brisbane. How could you not use the agent that lives locally, has an office there and has more runs on the board than any other agent? The process was absolutely flawless and the townhouse was even sold with the tenants in place! I could not ask for anything more.

I have found Steven to be professional, very enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, empathetic, genuine, and passionate about selling our home. I would highly recommend Steven. He has many years' experience in selling, has a lot of contacts, great market knowledge, and he and Jack seem to work well together. Steven also kept in contact with us throughout the sales process. He was always available to talk through any problems. This is something which our other agent did not do. 🙂👍

Would not recommend at all! In the initial stages was all friendly and promised the world only to lie and turn back on his word. Once the contract is signed, he's impossible to get a hold of. Doesn't text back or answer calls. You'll have to put in a complaint to UrbanX to get him to contact you. Promises a number of things during negotiations, then says he never said it, and you have to go through solicitors. Once moved in had a number of issues that were promised to be resolved, they were never resolved. Never answers the phone or texts back. The worst agent I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and too many lies with false promises. Will say or do anything to get the sale.
