Exceptional engagement and interpersonal skills with buyers and sellers

We decided to sell with Steven after inspecting a number of other homes he was selling in the area, and being impressed by his willingness to go above an beyond what we expected of an agent. During these inspections we were consistently struck by his exceptional interpersonal skills and engagement with prospective buyers. After contacting him regarding our own potential sale he provided insightful and helpful advice on preparing our house for the market, which helped us focus our attention and avoid overcapitilisation. When we eventually contracted to sell he was transparent about the potential market value of our home and able to exceed our expectations through to the final sale. For me personally selling a home can be quite an uncertain and anxious time however interacting with Steven (and Lewis) and knowing that he was there answer my calls gave me a level of confidence that I don't think I would have felt with another agent. Overall we have had a first-class experience with Steven Kremer as our agent and he will definately be our number one choice if we buy and sell in the area again.
