We entered this sale process as unwilling sellers, as our house was one that we really enjoyed living in for 34 years,but the reality of having to downsize became paramount. Steven turned out to be a very satisfactory agent to deal with.His skill sets in communicating,and negotiation were very high,and he worked hard at ensuring that the property availabilty was made known to all sectors of the buyer pool.The period between listing and sale was also less than we expected.
