Didn't overpromise and try and paint a pie in the sky price for our sale, was upfront and honest on the range we could get for our home (he was spot on with the final sale price) - he has great knowledge of the Centenary area being a long time resident himself and provided some great practical tips for the open home. He was great in negotiating the final price and delivered an outcome on the day he had promised given we were flying overseas the next day.
