My dealings with Steven were sour from the start.. We were in a bidding war which ended with me locking a price in (which he and the owner verbally agreed, the contract then got ‘delayed’ from their end which then in turn invited a higher bid. I wanted the property so I payed the extra. Yes he got me the house but the way he went about it was wrong and unethical. The settlement was delayed after I wouldn’t rent the house back to the owner for much less than market rent and when I mentioned not using Steven as the property manager his attitude changed for the worse. The house eventually settled and was left in a dirty state. Not the situation I had hoped for for my first home, the whole process with Steven was difficult and not enjoyable. I wouldn’t trust Steven again. Beware.

Steven knocked on my door one day last year informing me about the area’s current market.(he was selling the house across the road) I had owed the home for 8years and knew it had increased in value, not to the extent Steven informed me!
