They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and the value of property in my area and their vast experience in the industry shined. They were most approachable, able to be contacted with questions, friendly and I felt most comfortable with them. They certainly reassured me that everything was on track when I needed to hear it. They were highly recommended to me by relatives and I, in turn, will most certainly recommend them to anyone else thinking of selling their properties.

Steven was always extremely professional in his dealings with us. He never pushed us to accept offers and worked hard with potential buyers to ensure we received the best offer. Although there were times in the lengthy campaign when we did not hear much from him, he was always adjusting our advertisement, trying different photos and price ranges to entice buyers to come for an inspection. The apartment did not sell for what we were hoping for, nor did the auction campaign appear to work as well as expected. I think if we could have our time over, a different selling strategy may have worked better, however, it was difficult as our campaign started with renters in the apartment, who did not present the apartment as very clean, tidy and smelling good. I would use Steven again to sell a property, as I found him very knowledgeable, considerate and hard-working. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that the sale price was below expectations.

We only viewed property once but new it was for us and Steven informed us of everything we needed to know. Kept us in the loop at every stage. Overall a great experience.
