I interview three agents with the aim of selling our property and all three were highly recommended. Over a period of three weeks we came to choose Steven Mason on his manner and sales record. We directed Steven to give us his honest appraisal of the value of our property and felt confident on achieving the asking price. The price he recommended was in line with our own estimates. It is so important that the Agent and Vendor be on the same page as regards expectations and realistic marketing. I left the marketing and approach in Stevens hands, my only expectation was that the price had to be met or there was no sale and the property would only be on the market for the term of the Agency agreement after which we would remove it from the market.
