Steven was very professional and transparent throughout the purchase process. He was very responsive and quick with providing updates and provided excellent support from helping arrange additional inspections times at very short notice to providing clear explanation and assistance on the process for contract exchange and deposit payment, which made the entire process and experience more smooth and less stressful. Overall I think Steven is a very reliable realestate professional that acts as a great point of junction between sellers and buyers and have really enjoyed working with him throughout this process.
