I bought an apartment which Steve was selling, and I was very happy with the experience. Steve went out of his way to show me the property multiple times, including outside of normal business hours and on the weekend to suit my schedule. Steve was transparent and honest the whole time, I didn't feel that I was getting the usual slimy real estate agent playbook. Steve made a good effort to get a fair deal for all involved, recommending a fair price in exchange for ensuring a number of minor fixes were completed at no cost to me - ensuring the apartment was in good condition at settlement. 10/10, would happily recommend Steve to friends and family.
