Steve has excellent market knowledge and his valuation and marketing strategy proved spot on, resulting in just one open, nine offers and a speedy sales within a few weeks of initial inspection by Steve and Leona. Leona assisted researching the offers and no stone was left unturned. They recommended a partial furnishing for us to consider, and the money there was very well spent. We did attend swiftly to the maintenance issues Steve raised, as the property had been rented for some years.
