Steven was very honest right from the first meeting. He was well prepaired, with a lot of research done on values in the area, comparing block sizes, and predicted a value which was spot on to the eventual selling price. We had an issue with an out of date encumbrance which had to still be removed prior to sale, the encumbrance was hard to track down, but, he got the job done with no fuss and within the specified time to not restrict a possible sale. Thankyou Steven for a great job.
