planning of budget for advertising a bit behind expected advertising straight into shop window and discussion of for sale sign didn't happen as expected handover of house was completed 24hrs ahead of permission - as still belonging in the house (pretended not to receive phone call - but never confirmed handover as i was a tenant i was allowed 24hours to retrieve goods) took months to return goods/too busy (but happy to take my money as payment for not job finished) usual thank you gift was talked of and never given
