My husband and I were first home buyers when we met Steven and Sandy. We felt like Steven went above and beyond, educating us prior to putting our offer in and being totally transparent through the journey. When we sat down to put our offer in, Steven made us feel so comfortable, like we were old friends, and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured in any decision, he just offered solutions to our problems/questions and made us feel totally at ease. He educated us more on the whole process than our broker or settlement agent did.
