They were committed wholeheartedly to selling a large property in a falling market.

I am so impressed with the amount of detail that Wayne and his team go to in preparing a campaign.

We spend so much time, energy and passion into designing the space and visualising every angle, it is great to find an agent that shares these same values. The decision to appoint the right agent is one of the most important for us as a developer. After interviewing three agents, we connected with Wayne and found he matched our high level of detail. Whilst other agents were focused on proving their previous results, Wayne focused on how he would find the right buyer and talked about what he would do to ensure he ran a successful campaign. Wayne presented a true strategy, demonstrating the art and science behind his planned approach. Wayne was well prepared, and it was clear to see that he had already put a lot of thought into the property from the first day we met. We had to move fast to get on the market and Wayne and his team performed miracles. It was unbelievable what was achieved to get on the market in such a tight time frame. With three qualified agents at every open, we had over 300 groups attend the property, which is unbelievable numbers given the market that we are in. It is incredible how Wayne and his team are able to service all the enquiries, drive interest and handle every potential buyer and ensure they have a good experience and want to come back. On top of that, Wayne and I would speak almost daily. Always being transparent, I would know how the campaign was going. The strategy was clear from the start. Take 1 George Street to market and as soon as that one was sold, we would take the registered under bidders through 1A to sell and maximise the price on 1 George Street. I am so impressed with the amount of detail that Wayne and his team go to in preparing a campaign and the experience just kept on getting better. Honestly, there is nothing I can fault, the whole experience has been great.
