Stevens customer service is excellent. From my understanding he followed up on potential buyers, kept us informed in regard to the level of interest in our home and overall was easy to deal with and in the end we received a decent price for our house. He lost a star as him and his colleague tried to convince us our house was worth less than our reserve. We stood our ground and in the end received an ok price slightly better than our reserve with a relatively quick settlement. From our understanding once we did get interest in our property he handled negotiations with three buyers well and always kept us informed. I would recomend Steve however make sure you have a good understanding of values in the area you are selling. Our house was in Burwood, however I live in Clifton Hill so I came into the area a bit cold but did my own homework of the surrounding neighbourhood.
