Professionalism in a ever changing environment

Steve kept us feeling comfortable and confident despite having to deal with unknown and ever changing difficulties due to the current restrictions. We were always kept updated about what was happening and what the plan was. Could not recommend him highly enough, he ticks all the boxes and is always up for a chat!
