Steven helped the reviewer sell this property

Successfully dealt with many curve balls

Steven recently acted as agent for my father who was selling the apartment he has owned for the past 20 years. There were lots of curve balls outside Steven's control including terrible weather, changes in the campaign dates, tenants, vendor health issues, an online auction due to COVID and a peaking property market. Steven was very flexible and accomodating throughout the process. He successfully navigated these issues and achieved a sale on the auction day. Thanks Steven for your great work.
