Have been with Stewart and his team at Rylstone for several years. We have had rental properties managed and sold by them. Never ever have we had a problem or dispute with them. Not having lived close by for a number of years it has always been good to know our properties are being managed so well. Likewise when we have sold again they have always gone that extra bit to get a good sale price. We cannot reccomend them highly enough and are happy to confirm this verbally if required.

Very professional. Always avaliable

From the beginning, Stewart has been very patient and understanding. He really understood the emotions of selling a family farm and was very sensitive to our needs. Stewart was also very determined and relentless to honor his commitment to sell the property within the agreed price range. His "no pressure" marketing strategy works very well and he also has great skill in reading people's intent. I would thoroughly recommend Stewart and all the Harcourt Arlington team to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.

Stewart was very responsive to our needs and requests and went the extra mile to secure documentation and other information to finalise the sale.

There was nothing Stewart wasn't prepared to help me with, including assisting with my purchase out of the local area. I bought this home with Stewart and Harcourts got it sold in a short time for a great price. Sheree arranged the property presentation and photos. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Kandos Rylstone area.

I would definitely deal with him again he knows the area very realistic & honest he was a pleasure doing business with him

Very helpful before and after advising on price and other matters, kept in contact through out, and a very nice person and easy to talk to.

Stewart is a person that takes pride in a job well done. He’s knowledgeable of all areas of the business. We’ve worked with Stewart many times over the years.

Stewart was very professional and extremely helpful when there were a few hiccups prior to settlement
