Stewart has a detail knowledge of vineyards and viticulture

Stewart has had a background in viticulture so was able to place our property in that context. He was a could communicator and very present to deal with. Rural property with vineyards are difficult to value as the viticulture value is somewhat dependant on the industry and the market place. I think overall we achieved a good result at about 95% of the asking price.
