I think Stewart has a good knowledge of the market. However our issue was, we had to chase him to initiate a lot of steps we needed to have done throughout the selling process. We were reminding Stewart to do things that he should have been reminding us to do; luckily we had a good conveyancer guiding us and his staff were helpful. Overall we felt, for the commission Lister & Cole received for selling our home, Stewart should have put more effort into helping us through the process.

Stewart has been a patient calm and non pushy estate agent. I found it that Stewart was a calming influence especially when I was trying to decide which real estate to go with he put his reasons forward in a calm manner which was a nice change from some other agents that I found were pushy. I have been on his books for a number of years and he would contact me regularly to ask if I had had any luck in finding a property or still wanted to receive his emails. Due to family issues I was removed & then recontacted at a later date. I feel that this method is honest and takes prospective buyers and sellers into consideration.
