Wonderful customer service provided by this agent. Stewart is patient and professional and made our journey easy and smooth.

I would highly recommend Stewart to any prospective sellers in the mountains. Stewart's market knowledge and experience is impeccable which ensured a smooth process ending with a great result. I was kept informed throughout the whole sale process and was really impressed by the way the property was marketed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Real Estate needs in the mountains!

Our experience with Stewart from day one was faultless. His professional manner and assistance throughout the sale has been greatly appreciated. The property is tenanted with another agency and Stewart looked after everything for me. The tenant is happy, property manager is happy and, now, I'm happy.

I have dealt with Stewart while purchasing a house and found Stewart to be very professional and competent agent to deal with who also has superior communication skills which is a great asset when negotiation on a house. I found Stewart was always available or would ring back shortly after if required , and that nothing was ever too much trouble. I would recommend and contract Stewart in the future.

We purchased through Stewart, so his efforts with us were in favour of getting the best price for his client. That being said, we purchased the house for the price we wanted, and Lister & Cole's assistance in making sure we were looked after as well were definitely appreciated. He had every question answered very timely and his communication was great. Lovely team.
