Stewart made selling my property simple, guiding and advising me every step of the way. His knowledge and experience was obvious. He kept me informed at all times and his communication skills are excellent. He was very patient and reassured me any time I became stressed. He also has a great team working with him, all of them really lovely people and so helpful. I totally recommend using Stewart Lamont for your Real Estate needs.

I have been very impressed with how helpful Stewart has been through the process of buying an over 55’s villa in Penrith. I found him to be very approachable and all my interactions with him have been friendly. He is caring and not pushy at all.

Stewart is very Professional, supportive and has excellent people skills, He is also very equal with both parties and gets the result needed for both without stress. That’s a Rarity in Sydney … it’s been a pleasure to deal with Stewart in buying our first home . Highly recommended

Stewart is a highly professional agent who communicates effectively and obtained a great result for us.

Thank you Stewart for making the sale of our mother’s home a seamless experience. Nothing was too much trouble and a quick sale at a great price reflected your professionalism and ability to get our desired result. Would highly recommend Stuart. Thanks again.

We found Stewart to be of great value to us from before the start of the sale right through to conclusion. Communication was excellent and he made an unfamiliar process (to us) easy to understand; this was our first home sale. Plenty of help or advice when needed, and a very professional approach throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Stewart has an easy going style while trying to achieve the desired vendor outcome. He’s pragmatic and strikes a decent balance on vendor vs buyer expectations.

Highly recommend Stewart Lamont for house sales. Stewart was professional, showed local knowledge and willingness to support us through the whole sale process. Always available to answer any questions and communicated openly every step of the way.

We have recently purchased a property in the Blue Mountains via Stewart. From our initial contact, through the negotiation phase to contract exchange we have found Stewart an absolute professional who understands the needs of all stakeholders in the property sale process. For us, what could have been a very stressful process proceeded smoothly and without drama for all. His understanding of the local market and professionals was another great asset.

Stewart Lamont demonstrated exceptional patience, kindness and professionalism in all of our interactions with him. Over the course of a number of months he facilitated our search for a new home, took the time to understand our needs, and supported a fairly drawn out negotiation process around price and settlement conditions. It was refreshing to deal with a real estate agent who, we felt, was open and genuine in his engagement with us.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a house from Stewart. He was easy to deal with and was straight to thw point. Never lead us astray and the negotiations were easy and fast with no wasted time. We would be happy to use Stewart again in the future.

I really like Stewart. He's active in the area and I knew about him long before being ready to sell my house. From the beginning of the engagement he was direct and straightforward about what we would do and what we could achieve. He got exactly what he promised for the house with no fuss in very good time. I'm glad to have used him to sell my house.
