Have dealt with Stewart previously some 5 years ago to sell our family home & as that was a huge success we decided to go with C21 Menai again & utilised Stewart's expertise & knowledge to sell our unit in Menai. We were overseas as the property went to market & I must say Stewart kept us up to date via video of the progress of the 1st open house (on the Saturday) & outcomes. To be honest I didn't think we would get a sale as quick as we did at the price we were after ( due to current market conditions) however deposit was paid & contracts was signed & exchanged the following Saturday afternoon. would highly recommend Stewart & his team.

Stewart was very open in communicating everything regarding the place- all works etc, he was very clear and made sure we knew our rightss and all information we needed

Attention to the new purchaser at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him

Stewart was great to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Stewart.

Very helpful in accommodating inspections and conveying offers.

I have been working with Stewart and his team for over 30 years. First in the purchase of the property, second as the agent to manage the property as a rental, and great assistance in a refurbishment done 10 years ago, and now in the sale of the property. He and his team are extremely friendly and honest in all dealings and will go the extra mile to help. Living overseas it is often difficult to know what is going on but I have never been wanting for information and what is happening. Always honest input into the processes and will always talk you through the situation so you can make an informed decision. Even in the current tough econoimi times the property was not overvalued, was managed well, constant feedback after every open house, and any adjustements required from the viewings. I would highly recommend Stewart and his team for any of your real estate transactions whether this be for buying, selling, rental management, or finding you a rental property.

Great communication and work ethic employed to get a good result

Friendliness, interest in our situation and positivity regarding our sale. Very reassuring and always kept up to date with the selling processs. Comes with our highest recommendation.

Had to deal with complicated clients and situation and still achieved a result

Stewart introduced us to many properties in the Sutherland Shire, and ensured that we found our new home. Stewart and his team presented accurate price guides throughout our buying experience and knew how to present the best aspects of each property. He understands the local area deeply and ensured that our offer was presented promptly.

Stewart helped us prepare for the sale in every way with his advice. Always replied promptly to questions and feedback for buyers well relayed.

Huge thanks to Stew and Joel for helping us secure our new house! Their communication throughout the entire purchase was excellent, and they were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Thanks again team!
